Quick Cheddar Fondue
Quick Cheddar Fondue

1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar (or try Swiss or even Parmesan) (4 ounces)
2 green onions chopped
1/8 tsp garlic powder
dash of red pepper sauce

Warm the soup and cup of cheese in a fondue pot, crock-pot, or on the stove. Once the cheese has melted add the onions, garlic powder, and red pepper sauce. If the fondue gets to thick, it can be thinned by adding milk, water, white wine, or beer.

It is not the best fondue that I have ever had, but it was really quick and very easy to make (about 5 to 10 min). The picture above was made in a 2 quart sauce pan on the stove. I added extra garlic, used cheddar cheese, and added milk to thin. It was quite good with the pretzel seen over here.
